I want to custom a NZDI theme

Hi all
I'm a newbie of this forum, I've just installed G2 on my hosting. But I need help to customize my theme.
I'm interested in this theme: http://www.desktopcar.net/, I see this site use NZDI theme.
Now I want my site look like it :D.

When I see a photo, I see 2 ads above photos.

I want to insert ads look like it, and want a ads on header.

I know that I must edit album.tpl, photo.tpl and theme.tpl , I try to do but It not work fine.

So please help me
