Are these Modifications Possible

Hello All,

From yesterday i am workin on getting the gallery3 modified to what i would want it to look like and so far i am going good. Now i have reached a couple of roadblocks. I would like your comment on whether these things are firstly possible, and if so, then how about to go around doing them.

Currently what i have done is i have shifted all the albums that will get created to the right hand sidebar as we would like the albums to be constantly visible. (Attaching a PDF for reference on how the gallery should work.)

1) on the left, instead of the albums alphabetically, show the Latest Created Albums.
2) Have the latest uploads bar from the admin side to show up also on the front-end. Tried copying it, it didnt work for some odd reason
3) The album list on the right should be also visible on the picture page, which somehow isnt working at the moment. When i go to the picture page, it show me the rest of the pictures as i can understand, the code displays the parent of the current item, so that is understandable.
4) Profile of photographers, if that is possible. This site will not have user uploads, it will be uploaded by the admin under different names, so that should not be a worry. But how do i get to write the profiles.

These are a few things that we really want working, quite a few others, but they can be taken care of later on!
