No admin: howto prevent / hide "album options" functions?

Hello there,

how can i prevent that registered users get to see the "album options" menu function incl. all subfunctions? is there a simple way to disable that for them (although have it still around for admins)?

thx a lot in advance!

G3s permissions are not fine grained. What permissions does the registered user have?
