I was thinking how to move more than one picture at a time from one album to another. This would also cover the need to COPY photos to other albums if needed.

On each page of photo thumbnails, add a checkbox near the bottom corner of each thumbnail. When a photo is selected to move (or rotate or copy), it will apply that operation to every item that has the checkbox marked.

Anyone have any opinions or suggestions about doing this? Would this best be implemented at the 'theme' level?

I'd like to get rid of the current Move dialog and have it such that when you choose an item to move, it opens the Organize dialog with the photo already highlighted so that you can drag and drop it. What do you think?

This is just my opinion and does not reflect......you know, the team.

I really liked the rearrange module in G2, I really miss it. It was fast, intuitive and worked. Bulk edit worked as well. I know there is some issue with it and can be fixed.
But, currently the organize module is heading in the direction of do all; move, rearrange, sort, bulk edit, etc. What is next for this module?
I think this this might be the wrong direction, unless the UI team comes up with a very cool mock-up and the dev team can make it all work together, I think that some of these features/requirements need to be separate.
