some of the international characters in album names result in handling problems

I couldn't find an open ticket for this problem, so here is the problem:

Some of the international characters (like Á) in the album names result in handling problems. The album can be created, removed, but can not be opened. The link displayed by Gallery3 is not translated correctly, as in some of the characters are translated, some aren't. This is regardless of the browser type and it's actual setting of the code page.

The album named ÁÉÍÓÚÖÜŐŰáéíóúöüőű has a link of index.php/�_�_�_�_�_�_�_�_Űáéíóúöü�_ű in the source.
