Slideshow permission not good

Hello,
If i upload images, i can't see the uploaded images in the biggest thumbnail, or slideshow, UNLESS i set the permission of the uploaded images to 777.
Can someone help me to get this automatic?

Sounds like your webserver has a restricted umask setting. Can you talk to your system administrator about this?
