Your site is unavailable. Did you forget the password? Or you know the password but your account is no longer an admin?

I have almost the same problem.

I installed Cooliris for Safari 3.2.3 on mac, immediately after, I can log in as admin and can see the admin menu but as soon as I want to get to an admin page (dashboard, admin, or album/photo management) I get the following message :

"Dang... Something went wrong!
We tried really hard, but it's broken.
Talk to your Gallery administrator for help fixing this!"

I get it as well if I try to get to a photo in the website from the Cooliris browser.

I tried to login through Firefox 3.0.10 (which does not have Cooliris installed) and it works, I can acces all admin pages without any problem.

So it looks like it's a Cooliris problem, as before installing cooliris on my browser, I did not have any problems to admin gallery3

Can you try a different browser? It's surprising that CoolIris would break Gallery3...

I just installed Cooliris on Firefox 3.0.11 for mac 10.4.11, and I can manage everything without problems.

So, in my case, it's with Safari 3.2.3 that Cooliris is breaking Gallery3.

What's in your url bar when you click on the broken admin link? What's in your error logs?

That url looks fine to me. I'm not sure what's going wrong there. Perhaps somebody else can shed some light on this?

if I can add smth :

Cooliris is not working at all in my gallery3, meaning that I am visualizing an album, I click on the slideshow button, Cooliris lounches but says there is no item to display...Same on Firefox.
When I put my mouse over the picture, Cooliris should show a little expand logo, here it does not work. I just have the slideshow button up right.

I will uninstall and reinstall to see if it's just a cooliris bug...

I am on a mac OS 10.4.11

Safari 3.2.3
Cooliris not installed : everything works fine, admin + slideshow
Cooliris installed : login ok but no admin access, no slideshow possible : "This feed has no items."

Firefox 3.0.11
Cooliris not installed : everything works fine, admin + slideshow
Cooliris installed : login + admin ok, no slideshow possible : "This feed has no items."

hope you guys find a solution,

Safari 4 just came out, I could have a try as well.

I've noticed flaky behaviour as well with Cooliris. As far as I can tell, our MediaRSS feed is generated correctly so I don't know what's going wrong. I'm guessing it's a bug in their code (they push out new updates very frequently, maybe they've had a regression?)

I just tried with Safari 4 on the mac and the problem is the same.

About the feeds :
I tried to use the feed you have on Gallery3 "New photos and movies", and I pasted it in "my Google" page. I can only get the title of the picture but no thumbnails (compared to flickr's or Picasa's feed where I can see the thumbnails with the title of the photo as alt text.

Maybe there is smth here ?

Can you paste a comparable flickr or picasa feed so that we can investigate? We can change our feed to do something similar (I thought we had, but I guess it's not working)

Sorry Guys, the feed are ok but not that good, I tried picasa and it's the same, it's just that I have a special module to show pics from a flickr feed :

http://www.google.com/ig/directory?hl=fr&type=gadgets&url=hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/117162790069702467640/flickr.xml

and I was wrong when I said I only get the title of the pic, I actually get the title with a little + next to it, and when I click that little +, I get to see the image.
Sorry...

but just in case :

Flickr
feed://api.flickr.com/services/feeds/photos_public.gne?id=41152884@N00&lang=fr-fr&format=rss_200
(please be aware that there are some nude photos in that feed.)
Picasa
feed://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/base/user/Furuhjelm/albumid/5336443699552969569?alt=rss&kind=photo&authkey=Gv1sRgCKXehP2Q9KPzjQE&hl=fr

I compared those feeds to the ones that G3 makes and they appear about the same. I guess we should make an iGoogle gadget for Gallery3 feeds!
