Displays Lightbox "code" when hovering images on gallery page

I'm using the latest version of gallery and I think I'm using the latest version of lightbox. My issue is that when I hover my mouse over images when in their album a box pops up that says somthing like this Quote:
<h4> image title</h4> <a href="link to view photo page">View Photo Page</a> This is the code for the text that goes underneath the image in lightbox I don't want this to pop up when I scroll over! Infact I would like to remove the "View Photo Page" link from light box and put my own link in its place. I'm not sure how to fix this please advise!
