I have all my pictures archived to a network server and I just started using Gallery2. It works great, BTW and you've all done an amazing job.
Here is what I would like.
Is it possible to have an icon (link) on the individual picture page that would link to the RAW version of the image (most likely in a ZIP file for size reasons) that I could click on and select to download to my machine. I'm on travel a lot and get requests for a photo of X or Y and can't take all my imagery with me. It would be very easy to click on the RAW link on the road, download it, and edit and send out.
The RAW file has the same name as the JPG just a different extension.
Any advice is appreciated and if this is in the wrong forum I apologize.
Thanks in advance,
Chris

I think there is 2 ways to go about this:
1. Upload the RAW file. Witht he proper image toolkit gallery will generate the thumb and resized versions of the file and you can have a link to the origial RAW file.
2. Use the link item module to link to the file in question. You would have to live with the generic link thumbnail or manually create your own for each link item.
