Problems to LOGIN, cant restore the password not with E-mail nor with sending up the login.htm to my FTP

Hi, I have a strange problem, I try to do the emergency RESET and it never works, when I do it and it says successful, and I go back to try to relogin it tells me that the account has been suspended temporerely for abuse of password and it sends me back to the page of emergency reset... tried it like 10 times and no result... Can I change it somewhere else?
