Gallery integration not finding Gallery Plugins?

Well, that's actually not true. I'm only having problems finding 2 of the Gallery Plugins: the ImageBlock and ImageFrame plugins. But the problem also seems to be totally random.

When I look in the admin section, I see the following:

"Image Block Error (missing) Allows images to be included in the Drupal sidebar or in nodes.
ImageFrame Warning (missing) Provides a variety of frames around the images."

When I go to install/activate the Image Block plugin, it's fully installed and working. If I deactivate it and reactivate it, the text changes to:

"Image Block OK Allows images to be included in the Drupal sidebar or in nodes.
ImageFrame OK Provides a variety of frames around the images."

Which is what it always should be. The problem is that within a couple minutes it goes back to "Missing." It seems to be totally random and there doesn't seem to be a way to get it to always know these plugins are installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
