Drupal Embed, Albums in Gallery

Two questions when navigating an album within gallery embeded in drupal my primary secondary and navigation links all disappear despite the block settings to show on every page.

Secondly is there a way to prevent the full sized image from trying to display within the drupal page, to get it to open in a blank page outside of the embed.

I have exactly the same Problem that my primary and secondary Navigation is lost when i enter a Album and then select a picture.
Installed Drupal 6.5 with Module 2.3 Gallery 6.x-1.x-dev (2008-Aug-05).
My Gallery2 Version is gallery-2.3-rc-2

So looks like a bug :-(

Looks like this is only a Problem when your logged in as Admin. When you are a Guest it works.
