How to install Galllery on XAMPP applying case sensitive table names instead of applying lower case

How can I make Gallery apply creating case sensitive table names (which are necessary on the server after uploading Gallery) by installing or re-installing on my local system on XAMPP for Windows XP, instead of applying lower case?
