Error during upgrading from Gallery 2.2.4 to SVN version 2.3

Hi,

I have windows server based website (with SQL server backend) on which I am trying upgrade Gallery from 2.2.4 to SVN version 2.3. I got the following error during upgrade. Can anyone please suggest and what should I do to correct the error. Attached file contains full log.
