Upload image problem with thumbnail not display.

Hi there.
I have new install on my site.
At first time I try to upload image to album.
Image was upload no problem but thumbnail is not display in all image.

Please help to find out what is the problem.

WHen I use Firefox my thumbnails are always broken links. Actually maybe that only happens when I use the "Crop Thumbnail" feature. When I use Internet Explorer, I can't position the watermark. So I have to use two browsers to add images to my site.
