Matrixlightbox not showing pictures in Joomla

In standalone Gallery2 the matrixlightbox theme is working perfect! showing my pictures in nice full screen popups, very nice.

I have bridged Gallery2 into my Joomla website, its working perfect, no problems!

But, I am not able to get this matrixlightbox theme to work properly, that is, the pictures pop ups as they should, but I cannot see the images, just a blank white field in the middle of the screen!

No solution up to now?
