Hi,

I've created a new theme, it's Siriux with Lightbox added. You can see it in action at: http://ijon.info/galeria/main.php What do you think about it?

Download it from: http://ijon.info/siriux_ijonized/siriux_ijonized-0.0.1.tar.gz

The only problem with the theme I see now is localization. I followed the rules from http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Localization but theme still speaks to me in English.

cheers
Michal

This is a great addition to the siriux theme, and it does work.

I tried following this guide to add lightbox: http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Modules:Lightbox , but it did not work for me.

Ijon,
Thanks for the contribution. Can you please add to:
http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:User_Contributions#Themes
as well as create a codex page:
Use the http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Themes:siriux as a template and create a new page:
http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Themes:siriux_ijonized

Thanks

Dave

Glad to see someone patched the Siriux theme to work with Lightbox. I've managed to get the base siriux theme of my own to work, I mainly followed the instructions off Lokesh Dhakar's LightBox website then found a few postings in the forums to help with the album.tpl file. Works great but now I'm working on getting the light box viewer to span through the gallery pages so you don't have to advance to the next page in order to keep viewing the pictures.

Another Siriux website

Oh...and if you didn't notice it's embedded into Wordpress with the aid of WPG2. That was a feat.....

I've updated my theme, changes:

- now it displays nicely in Internet Explorer,
- screenshot.png added,
- MANIFEST added,
- little changes to theme.tpl and theme.inc,

You can download it from: http://ijon.info/siriux_ijonized/siriux_ijonized-0.0.3.tar.gz

Hm, I can't get it to work on the frontpage?
The Album is fine, missing some CSS code making it looking as nice ad the original thou. Or am I doing something wrong?
Anyway, I'm using it combined with Wordpress and the WPG2 plugin. I want the visitors to be able to view images quick and easy, therefore the lightbox plugin. But it doesn't work.
I see a small square with the loading sign for a second, then nothing happens. A white rectangular square is what's left of it. I've tried to enable the internal lightbox plugin that comes with WPG2, and tried turning it off as well. I've tried every possible combination using the options for the lightbox in WPG2, still no success :(

Does anyone use Worpdress + Gallery2 + WPG2 + lightbox? And if you do, does it work when you insert images using the WPG2 tag?

Any help is appreciated as always! :)

How can I center the thumbnails of a album page. I do not need the blocks that are floating right. I just want the thumbnails center and the page navigation at the bottom centered. I have this wrapped in joomla.

I tried installing this theme, but when I click on a photo, it just opens up on its own, not in a lightbox way. any ideas?
thanks.

I've made a mistake somwhere in version 0.0.3, I was not aware of it. You may use theme version 0.0.2 http://ijon.info/siriux_ijonized/siriux_ijonized-0.0.2.tar.gz or wait few days for 0.0.4 which will be (hopefully) free of this bug.

I've found the bug: the js/ directory was deleted. Updated version 0.0.4 is here http://ijon.info/siriux_ijonized/siriux_ijonized-0.0.4.tar.gz

How can I make this theme show 4 columns of pictures instead of 3? I've increased the content width from 700 to 760.
Thanks
Mike

dmikester1: set content width to 900 or even 950, as I set on my page.

cheers,
Michał

I have a couple of questions about this theme...

First, can I get the MAIN page to show more than two columns of albums?? Also, When I select the "number of items to show per page" the main page only shows that number, with no "next" or "previous" links to get to more... I'm assuming this isn't normal, right? I mean, If I put show 10 items per page, and I have 20 albums, the last 10 are just not available??

Help is appreciated.

DjMikeWatt: I think that more than two columns are when you set enough content width (in album properties) and/or set lower width of album's title box in CSS file.

I don't know why there are no "next" or "previous" links on main page.

greetings
