Hi,

I installed Gallery with X-treme theme. I dit some modifications in the css, changed background color to black. When I do that the login box from the site admin also changed to black.
Is there a way to change the login box to white without effecting the background color?

Thanks in advance.

Regards Chris

I would use a colorpack since it has all the forms and other aspects taken care of.

I have found 2 tools that are invaluable the firefox browser and the web development tool that allows you to Make live edits to the CSS of a web page..
Once you have them both installed....
select edit css and under the 'information' dropdown check display ID & class details.
Edit your CSS and you will see the results. Once you have this the way you want, upload your edited css to the server.
You will need to find the class for the form and change its style.

Stuck url?

What do you mean by "stuck url"?

Okey, I've used the tool and it works very well. Sure it comes in handy in the futere..
Still can't figure it out. IE responses different than FireFox (#gallery input:focus
in theme.css).

Stange thing is. All the other input boxes are fine.

Thanks again,

Chris

btw, is there a way to hide the url?

So adjusting these:

#gallery input:focus, #gallery textarea:focus {
    background-color: #ffc;
    color: #fff;
}

is different in FF than IE?
Perhaps you need to add the [/i]!important;[/i] ?

In ff when I click the login box (site admin login)background color changes. In IE nothing happens. Seems IE doesn't understand focus for login box..

About hiding URL:
Is there a way hiding the bold in the url: http://digimoments.eu/gallery2/main.php?&g2_fromNavId=x6be2dcda

delete the .htaccess file in the gallery2 directory.
then deactivate the module.

deleting teh .htaccess worked fine. How could this happen anyway. I'll give the rewriter another try. Thanks.

Still can't figure out what the problem is with the login box of site admin though..

Don't choose path info when you configure the rewrite module.

Can't activate the module any more. Activating results in the same problem. Btw, didn't choose path info but appache (first option) But don't need it anymore because the main site doesn't show the url. http://digimoments.eu/index2.html

What did you mean by add the !important;?

Forgive me for my crappy english, just a silly dutchman..

Hi! I have successfully enabled the rewrite module.

But, when I do a mouse over on albums and photos i could see "?g2_enteralbum=1".

I am sure there is a solution out there since I have seen galleries having no "?g2_enteralbum=1" on mouse over. Sorry, I have been looking for the solution for days now. I am motivated to post this query this time. :)

I am using extreme theme by the way. And I could not find ARG3 in the template.

Thanks!
