Upgraded to 2.2.2, now photo pages are all 404!

I just upgraded a client's Gallery2 installation, which is embedded in Drupal (v.4.7) via the Drupal gallery module, and has always been fine up to now. But once I finished the upgrade, all the photo pages are turning up 404! The album pages show up OK, just not the individual photo pages.

This only appears to be happening when viewing them through Drupal -- if I go to the Gallery2 installation directly, all is well. It looks as though the album pages in Drupal are linking to the URLs that they would if seen directly through Gallery, or trying to at least, but without the /gallery2/ portion of the path.

So for example an album page is http://www.awesomewood.ca/?q=gallery&g2_itemId=174 but the photo pages on it have URLs like http://www.awesomewood.ca/v/refinishing/interior/DSCN1224.JPG.html - which is basically exactly what it would be viewed through Gallery, but without the "/gallery2/" part, so they don't exist.

Has anyone else run into this when upgrading? Does anyone know how to fix it? For the time being I'm going to downgrade the installation back to the previous version, but obviously that's not an ideal solution...

Thanks,

Lynna

i suggest you uninstall gallery's url rewrite module.
once uninstalled, all URLs should be working again.

you can then try to install & configure the url rewrite module again.

YAY! That worked, thank you!

I probably should have thought of trying that last night, but I think by 4 am or so when I posted that, my brain had already broken after upgrading three Joomla sites, three Gallery sites and about ten WordPress sites (it's such fun when everyone releases upgrades at the same time...).

I have installed gallery 2 on drupal 5 and I have basically the same problem:
When adding a new album, any attempt to access it results in 404.
I uninstalled the URL Rewrite module in gallery2 and everything works now.
Maybe the Drupal integration instructions should be annotated?

I will see what I can do...
