I'm using the Siriux theme, bridged with Joomla. It had been running fine, but now after I changed templates in Joomla, the theme is not displaying properly. #gallery .gecko (whatever that is) seems to be adding about 1000px to the height of the main div and all the content is appearing at the bottom. I thought it may have just been an issue of width of my theme, but I changed it and still no luck. Other themes seem to work fine. Cant figure it out and its driving me crazy, any assistance would be much appreciated.

I just upgraded my PHP & SQL to the most current version and upgraded the Gallery to the current version, the pages are still being displayed like this though. It's only with this theme. Any ideas whats causing it?
