I've just found out that I cant delete albums or images and am completely stumped as to why. Has anyone seen this before?

please enable buffered debug mode (FAQ: How to set/use Gallery in debug mode?), try to delete again and save the whole page with all the debug output and attach that saved .html page here in the forums as file attachement.

Thanks for the suggestion. In the ended I dumped the install I was working on and reinstalled it and it seems fine now. Fortunately I was only workingon a development install and could do this

I have a similar problem here:

I have deleted 11 images in one session without problems, after that I can't delete more images, and I receive this error:
Error 406
but afeter about 10 minutes that I have doed reset on the RESTORE web space (in my isp admin panel)
after have deleted 8 more photos, I receive again the same error: : Error 406
(translated from italian language: this error is not accetable from the server.
The server have received one request not apceptable/admissible or opposite to the policy.
This error could come from an attack of an hacker of the site or from a htp request with errors.)
Now I reset again, I wait, hoping to have again the opportunity to delete again images, for the last time, first to add some new.

Hi,
I'm also newbie and got similar problem. After installation, everything work fine for almost 3 months. Recently, I got error when delete pictures as well as adding pictures. The following debug message I cut off from my site after adding new pictures:
