The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful):
Gallery version:
Apache version:
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please):
Graphics Toolkit:
Operating system:
Web browser/version (if applicable):

I need to move this web site to a new IP. The current web will expire on 2/28/07 so I reaaly need help. I am not a programmer. I have the new IP and have moved the entire site which works with the exception of the gallery. The new IP is 38.100.244.171/gallery. The new server is a Windows 2003 server. I have requested paid help but have not received any answer.

I got also no answer.

But first we will try to fix this without Paid support. If it doesnt work, we'll try the paid support again ;-)

....
1.) You moved everything over to your new provider ?
The Gallery Folder AND the albums folder with ALL content (especially hidden folder starting with a .)

2.) Check which PHP Version run on your new Server. If its PHP 5.x then your Gallery 1.4.3 will not run on it.
You / we need to upgrade

1.) I was not able to transfer the hidden folder it said it was not a valid folder. Also the server did not have any files in the setup folder so I download the folder from your web and tranfer to my ip.

2.) The version php is 4.4.2. All the php info is at http://38.100.244.171/phpinfo.php

Hi,

1.) The we have to do some tricking after the new installation is done.
We just copy over the content of the .users folder.

2.) That should be okay, but another "problem" is that your new Server uses IIS Webserver and not Apache, that can cause also a little trouble.
