Wrap Theme in a custom PHP page

Hello, I have links embedded in my theme that point to custom PHP pages. When clicked, the page loads without the theme. Is there a way to "wrap" the theme into custom PHP pages? Thanks in advance.

There is some third party modules that will allow you have have content other than items,
look at the:
Contact owner, links, about and [url=http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:User_Contributions#Modules http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Modules:html]html[/url] modules.
or:
http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:Embedding
