Currently I have not given the Add To Cart permission to any group, yet registered users can add to cart any object in any album (which is what I want). But anonymous/unregistered users cannot see any Add To Cart links (I want them to be able to add to cart), even if I allow that permission for the Everybody group in specific albums. What am I missing?

This is version 2.1 embedded into Drupal 4.7.3

Thanks!

Anyone have any insight on this problem?

that sounds wrong.
when you install and activate the "cart" module, it automatically gives the "add to cart" permission to everyone (to the everybody group).
so if you didn't change anything, registered users and visitors of your site should all be able to use that feature.

please browse to your standalone version of galler, not embedded in drupal. that way we can rule out any interefences due to drupal.

please browse to one of the albums that should have different permissions.
then click on "edit permissions". what does it show there?

Thanks for the reply, Valiant.

How do I get to the standalone version? Never tried that before.

Do you think uninstalling and re-installing the cart module might help?

heh, no, uninstalling isn't required.
when running gallery embedded in drupal, you can always access it in standalone as well.

http://rpgmapshare.com/modules/g2/main.php is your standalone gallery location.

Ok, figured out how to get to the standalone version, and Add to Cart appears on all albums.

I did uninstall and re-install the cart module, but it didn't seem to have the desired effect within the Drupal site.

Example: this link http://rpgmapshare.com/index.php?q=gallery&g2_itemId=1596 whill not show Add to Cart for each item if not logged in. But the same album in the Standalone does show Add to Cart for each item.

This link http://rpgmapshare.com/index.php?q=gallery&g2_itemId=1591 does show Add To Cart for each item when not logged in for both drupal and standalone.

Both of the above albums have the same permission settings.

topic moved to the integration forums and added "drupal" to the topic title since it seems to be a drupal related issue.

I see the "add photo to cart" for each item for both your links. In FF and IE6 and embedded (not logged in).

And now I suddenly do too. This is odd. I can only imagine that uninstalling and re-installing the cart corrected this, but that it took Drupal to wait for the cron to run to catch up. That's the only thing that makes logical sense, since I have tried this on three different PCs (two on my home network, and one at work), with both browsers mentioned by Kiz.

Good thing I don't have any hair left to pull out.
