I've been trying out the Notification module (rev 852). So far I like what I see, but have come across the following issues:

1) If a user is subscribed to watch an album and that album is subsequently deleted, the user can no longer see any of their Watch List (/main.php?g2_view=core.UserAdmin&g2_subView=notification.NotificationUserAdmin produces error "Item not found"). Are item delete events being listen for and are appropriate steps being taken to maintain referential integrity with the module?

2) I can correctly get notifications for newly added photos, but not for newly added sub-albums. Is this by design or by fault?

3) Can I (as gallery owner) see the Watch Lists of other users?... What I'd really like is the ability to list by user or by watched item, in the form of a table of items in one column and users in another column(s) along with the option of unsubscribing any user/item combination.

4) I see there is 'comment' subdirectory in the Notification module which I assume is to link in the Comments module. How do I use this... just patch with the diffs, or is there some other setup required?

Hi Dominic,

I was hoping you can point me in the right direction for how to setup the notification module.

I went to the link you provided above, but is there a location that I can download all of the files zipped, etc?

After downloading what is the next step. In other words do I just need to FTP up files into the modules folder on my site?

Thanks a bunch,

-Caleb
