joomla - Gallery2 in english only

Hi !

I installed current version of Gallery2 (2.1.2) - full.
But now i think i have a problem with languages.
I only wanna see gallery2 in english - for all members.
Is there a way to config english only for all members ? ... in a config-file ore something else ?

i set gallery2 default language to english UK @ admin interface
but i will include gallery2 at joomla (bridge i installed and works well) ... but sometimes other languages are displayed at gallery2 - different languages cause of different locations ... and for manuals its not nice (i cant see the button add .. i only see "hinzufügen ... and things like that *g*)... so i only wanna have 1 language available: english.

is there a chance ?

solution for my problem ist to add following to url: g2_language=en

if you want to disable language detection, see site admin -> general.

solution with g2_language=en works only for 1st click :(
i have disabled it at general-settings ...

i think this is a problem of joomla-gallery2-bridge, cause the single version of gallery2 works perfect with language-settings.
hhmmmmmmm - what can i do hmmmm

Hi,

make sure that you have set the correct "Country Locale" in Joomla's backend > Global Configuration > Locale.
Should be "en_GB" in your case.
