Albums list for *.header

Hi!

I would like to be able to call the list of albums, linked title only, and display them in a style sheet pulldown menu on all my headers. I have done everything necessary to do this except figure out how to get the list into my header. Right now I am doing it by hand, but I'd like to have it update as I add or remove albums. You can see how this works now at
http://www.tltoutdoorphotography.com/galleryoutdoor <--mouse over "galleries" button at top of page
..without the updating alubums.. I just put the current list in by hand.
