[SOLVED] Images different sizes admin / users

I would have used the search but it is unavailable at the moment....

I have a problem where the resize image does not appear it only shows the thumbnail on new images added to new ablums, it is easier explained to see the two pictures the first pic shows the photo as seen when logged in as admin through the frontend

The second picture shows the same screen as viewed by any other user that is not admin, as you can see the picture shown is just the thumbnail it also loses all its links to full size, I have searched and search but I cannot find a setting that would cause this, I have one album where this doesn't happen, has anyone else encountered this problem??

the google based search isn't that bad though.

@problem:
are you sure the "registered users" group has the "view all versions" permission?

by default, the "everybody" group has the "view all permissions" permission and thus guests, registered users and admins can all view all sizes of an image.

OMG I feel so stupid, I have somehow managed to turn off "Veiw all versions" on the parent album so everything new I add inherits from there hence anything new does exactly what I explained, the reason one of the albums works is that I have enabled it manually on there.

Many thanks for your help, I could of spent many more hours swearing (and I have been a LOT) until I sorted this problem out.

I have sent you enough virtual money to buy several virtual pints..... Enjoy !!!!
