custom menu with children of top album

My site is built with on main sections (albums "visual communication" & "photography"). I have something like a banner wich doesn't change on any pages and contains links to the main sections.

Maybe have a look at my site, it will be easier to understand.

I would like to add a vertical menu with css over these links to display only the first level of subalbums (direct children of "photography" for example)

I wasn't able to get the same children names for every pages. How can I do that ?
