photo credits

Hi,
I have just started looking into using Joomla to produce a website I am working on for a club/organisation.
I would like registered users to be able to submit their own content & photographs to the sites and each peice they submit to be automatically credited to their username. "Submitted/Posted by...." etc.
I would like registered users to be able to upload multiple photos into either an existing album that another user has already created and added photos to or to a new album if a suitable one has not been previously created.
I would like visitors to be able to see who has submitted which photos in the album.
Could you tell me whether Gallery2 can do this?
