Upload Applet ImageMagick error and Drupal

I'm getting the following error within Drupal 4.7.3 using the galley module and the upload applet:

An optional part of Gallery Remote, ImageMagick, could not be found or is malfunctioning. Gallery Remote will not be able ot rotate images before uploading them.

I have search forum and it seemed that I need to have read/write to /tmp. I'm hosting the website with a service provider and don't have access to the /tmp. The provider has told me that I need to change the application to point to /home/(My account)/tmp. I don't see anything in either GR or Gallery2 to do this, can someone point me the right direction? Thanks

Gallery2 = 2.1.2
remote = 1.06
upload applet = 1.04

That error points to your local computer, not the host so there i no need for /tmp access. Check http://codex.gallery2.org/index.php/GalleryRemote:FAQ#Bundled_.28or_not.29_software
