Bulk creation of album structure, possibly from xml file?

Hi all

Is there any way to bulk-create a hierarchical album structure, preferably from an xml or perhaps csv file?

For example if I have an xml file with....

<continent>
<country>
<region>
<town>

could that be used?

OK, maybe that example is a bit extreme, but something more practical would be car manufacturers and models, data that is pretty freely available.

So far the quickest method I can find is using Gallery remote, and that's not at all quick!
