no login after set basuri

Hi,

after having set the line
$gallery->setConfig('baseUri', '');
in config.php to
$gallery->setConfig('baseUri', 'server.tld/gallery/index.php');
(using correct values, of course) it is no more possible to login. After providing the correct login information it just shows the main page - not logged in. After removal of the option everything works.

Any help appreciated.
