Adding pic's to a gallery

WindowsXP, Apache2, PHP 4.3.1 using netpbm

I have the gallery config and running. I created a new album and now I'm trying to add some pictures to it and getting this error:
C:Program FilesApache GroupApache2htdocsGalleryplatformfs_win32.php on line 161

The only error I got during install was this thing about rewrite and i made this change but after making it apcahe wouldnt start so I took it back out.

Allow the Gallery .htaccess file to set application specific configuration options....
<Directory C:Program FilesApache GroupApache2htdocsGallery>
AllowOverride Options FileInfo
</Directory>

Any ideas anyone..Thanks a ton
