Galeery 2.1 start very slowly

Hi,

First, I try gallery 2.1 on a new site : OK, it works very fine.
Second : I copy www.photo-web.net (gallery 2.0) on a test environnement test.photo-web.net and I migrate to gallery 2.1.

a) I had a prob with exif : white page when uploading from local directory. I solve this prob with using exif.inc of version 2.0 --> OK
b) The new version works very fine but start very slowly. The first time you need to wait 3 minutes (after, it's very fast).I try with no acceleration but the prob stays.
