New user permission errors

So here is the deal. Im using G2 to have multiple photographers be able to upload their stuff. When I registered a new user, it didn't create them an album. So I logged in as admin and created the album for them and assigned them all access to that album. When I go back and logon as that user again, she still doesnt have permission to do anything but leave comments. I think I've tried everything except to make her a site admin, and that isn't happening. Any ideas?

Does she have the permission to see the parent album? Did you try a direct link to her album? If she doesn't have the view item permission in the parent album, she can't see her album.

She has all access.

Login as admin (pass:private mailed) and see how it's setup. mandyhubbard is the user. I want her to have full acccess to the "Mandys Photography" album. I also want all users who signup in the future to have fullacess to their albums. Thanks!

You should change your admin password right away. Somebody could change it for you and lock you out. The only permission Mandy needs in the main album is the view item. Give her all access only in her album. For me the permissions in her album look right and it should work. You could try to clear your browsers cache. Then also in site admin > maintainance > Delete user sessions. Perhaps clear the template and database cache.
If it doesn't work, send me the 2 passwords by private mail (click on my user name) and I will try if I can find out why.

She still only has access to comment. She doesnt have all access like she should.

I changed her password as an admin to the one you send me. Could be that you had a typo or a space in it when you set it. Now it seems to work. I changed her permissions also how I would set them. She now has View access to the main album and only all rights to her album. Have a nice Weekend,

I logged in as her, and it still doesnt let me do anything but comment. She doesnt have all access to her album, although the permissions are set correctly. ANy ideas why?

When I log in as her it works. Delete the cache in your browser. Try to type in the password you gave me manually. Don't use your browsers remembered password, because that one didn't work. I created a test album with her account and uploaded a picture, so it works.
