Will pay $$$ ($100!) for mod... Extra Fields on upload! :)

Hello!

I've been a Gallery user for a couple years now. GREAT PRODUCT! THANKS!

One thing I've been suggesting since the begging is having the ability to be able to upload the "Extra Fields" data DURING the time the pics are being uploaded. I've asked many times over the years, filled out feature requests, etc. but this has yet to be done. Can't complain... this is FREE I just guess this isn't as important to some as it is to me

So, I'm at the point now that if somebody thinks they can whip up something quick enough to make it worth $100, I'll give them $100 to do this for me Heck, I've already done this myself with Gallery 1.4 for the most part but it's got a couple bugs because I'm just a hack and barely know what I'm doing with PHP. LOL! Anyway, the specs are fairly simple in that I don't need this to work from every option of the Applet or even with multiple pics. I just want it so a form comes up with the ability to upload ONE picture at a time and have the option to upload from the hard drive *or* a URL link.

Also, when we get it all done I will POST THE CODE HERE for everyone. So, basically, I'll pay for this mod but give it to the Gallery community when done

Everything works except a bug when after uploading from the hard drive it also gives the option (again) to upload from a URL after the "dismiss" (or OK in my case) button. I never figured out how to make that go away. But, rather than fix that minor bug I'd like the new one developed off the most recent version of Gallery 1 and not the 1.4.x Gallery. In 1.5 the uploading methods changed quite a bit.

That above Gallery has MANY mods to it behind the scenes that I use for administration... like I have it emailing me thumbs of each picture that is uploaded. I think I can handle incorporating all my other mods into the latest version of Gallery 1 but just got stuck and don't have the time to try and figure out this upload thing. Like I said, I'm a hack and can struggle through simple php but I really don't know it too well.

Please feel free to read the directions at the left in that above Gallery for "Upload your F-Body!" and then use the TEST album at the bottom and give it a try. THAT is basically what I'm trying to duplicate but in the newer version of Gallery 1. I want to also get away from the username: 'guest' and password: 'guest' thing and have it so people can self register and upload under their own name (that is in the core though so no mod needed there).

You don't see that often from people who pay for mods but I would really like this and figure it might help somebody decide to give this a shot. Oh, also, I donated I think it was $50 (or $75?) to the Gallery team a while back so please don't be too upset with me for removing the Gallery info off the bottom of the above page
