<Hello,

I guess I made a mistake on the Show Item for URL Rewrite and now my Gallery won't load AT ALL.

Which file can I manually edit to go back to v/%path%??

so you have changed the rewrite rules in site admin -> rewrite?

go to your README.html and click on the site admin URL there to get to the site admin section of your g2. then go to the rewrite config and change the rules back and hit save.

Well, you can edit the .htaccess file directly. But I'd recommend going back into the Site Admin and doing it through the UI.

You should be able to access your Site Admin from the Site Admin link in the README.html at the root of you G2 install directory.

EDIT: LOL valiant types faster ;)

Hello Valiant,

I cannot get to the README.html. It gives me a 401 Error

Thanks nivekiam for the response too.

PS: Yes, I posted in the Customize first and then noticed I should have posted on the Support section. Sorry!

Alexandra70, try this then. <YourURLtoYourGalleryInstall>/main.php?g2_view=core.SiteAdmin

delete your .htaccess file, then try again the SiteAdmin url.

I'd also make sure your /gallery2 directory has the permissions set to 755
