which css?

I'd like to change the look of my gallery to be like my wordpress skin, which include header changes, footer changes, and rap... it looks something like this: http://croxie.swedishlink.com/?p=287

which files do i modify? i've taken a look at screen.css.default but i'm not sure where i can modify the rap, and then which are the appropriate header/footer files to change? i've seen some of the html_wrap files but it's in php and i only read very little of it. i'm more fluent in css and html.
