watermark and photo quality

I uploaded the images take from canon 300D to gallery and it look great, but after I apply a watermark , the photo look badly.... the jpeg photo is look like compressed by high percentage , the quality is reduce much ... My watermark is a .png file with 72 dpi, canon 300D photo also 72 dpi... how to fix it? Thanks! |
