Gallery used to work for me, but I had to change my website from port 80 to port 300 because my ISP is blocking port 80 (how dumb). Having this problem below, so I upgraded from gallery 1.4.4 to 1.5 hoping it might fix something, but it didn't. Also I'm noticing when I go to the diagnostics page and run diagnostics on ImageMagick and NetPBM I'm getting the following errors:
Checking: d:\Webpage\netpbm\giftopnm.exe Expected status: 0, but actually received status 1.
Checking: d:\Webpage\netpbm\jpegtopnm.exe Expected status: 0, but actually received status 1.

Anyway, I'm not sure if this port change is the cause of the problem, but I'm getting the following when I attempt to add a picture from a directory on the server:

What seems to be happening is, in the initial stage it's not copying the file from d:/webpage/toadd/DSC02145.JPG to D:/WebPage/albums/JohnWedding/DSC02145.jpg
I monitor the D:/WebPage/albums/JohnWedding/ directory and see nothing being added to this directory.
Permissions for the D:/WebPage/albums/ directory have SERVER\IUSR_SERVER with read/write/modify/execute priveledges (and recursing to subfolders/files)
I have created a test account with priveledges to add to this album (JohnWedding). There are pictures you can try adding from D:\Webpage\Toadd. Debug and Developer modes are currently turned on.

Hopefully something simple I've just been overlooking...
