Cannot update/edit Caption Text (latest CVS 1.x)

I may have run across a buglet. I can't successfully edit "caption text" (as admin, etc). When I click "save" the form simply resets.

I made sure "sh secure.sh" was run, and the permissions otherwise appear to be correct.

This applies to the latest CVS snap of 1.x (just upated here).
