Need some help setting up email.

Under "email" in the general settings section im not sure what to put.
I assumed server was pop.gmail.com and "smtp from address" was smtp.gmail.com, but then where do i put my actual email address? Or is "smtp from address" my email address?

Also can i specify a specific port for my outgoing mail server and tunr on SSL?

And then in "registration settings" im assuming "Sender(From) Email Address" would be my email address.

Would server be my incoming mail server?

In registration settings i have "use confirmation emails" selected. When someone registers they get the the "account activation" email, but i dont get the "new user registration" email.

For server is have: mail.frontgallery.com
Username: support+frontgallery.com
Password: my email password
SMTP From Address:

These are the same settings i use it outlook and it works fine in outlook.
