New layout, theme, and imageframe

I have made a new layout, theme, and imageframe border. You can look at them http://www.lvthunder.com/gallery2 . I'd like to know what you think. I have attached them if you would like to use them. You will need to change the background image since I didn't include it. You will also have to change the sidebar.tpl, global.tpl, and layout.css.php in the /template/local directory to change the navigation and header that matches the rest of my site.

Yeah I'll eventually update it. I think this one was based on Beta 1. I'm working on a different project this week, but hopefully next week I'll get back working on it.

Just a question to you lvthunder: I have seen on your gallery an other image frame which has no displaying problem on IE: the "ImageFrame_greypop"
Does it work because the background of your frame is the same as the background of your gallery or does the transparency work?
I also like this frame, so is it possible to know where to download it for my own gallery?

Yes the background of the imageframe is the same color as the theme background. I plan on releasing all that stuff shortly. There are things I want to add to it but I guess I'll save them for version 2. Since the theme I'm using now looks nothing like the theme that is posted here I'll create a new thread for it.

Great look to your site. One question for you: your watermark has some shadowing to it. Are you watermarking using Gallery? If so, how? With transparent GIF files, I can't get any shadowing like that.

For the images that have the watermark on them I wasn't using G2's watermarking feature. I just used a script for Photoshop to batch the watermark on the image. I wish I had used G2's watermark because then I wouldn't have to redo them everytime I change themes. The script I used though is here.

Great site, nice pictures and beautiful theme! I like dark, simple photo gallery themes!
