UPnP MediaServer gateway to Gallery 1.x

I've just finished version 0.1 of Gallery Media Server, a UPnP MediaServer gateway to Gallery. It uses the Gallery Remote protocol to communicate with Gallery and shows up on your home network as a UPnP compliant media source that you can browse with any UPnP control point, such as the Philips Streamium series of set-top boxes. It supports any media types that Gallery does, so in theory you could file even your movies in Gallery and watch them on your 40" widescreen TV with this little add-on.
It's programmed in C++ and requires the Intel libupnp and curlpp libraries to compile. It will soon have its own project page in Kooditakomo, Tampere Uni of Tech's own open source development center, but for now you can get it at http://mummola.cs.tut.fi/files/home_improvement/upnp/.
I'm looking forward to making it work with G2 too once the remote protocol gets sorted out. Meanwhile, please let me know what you think.
