Admin privileges broken. Admin ID/Password still valid.

My admin account is intact (id/password verified against config), but privileges seem broken. Can't see any of my albums or the admin menu.

Also, I have a non-admin account that can no longer view the albums and one that still can. I can't find what has changed that would cause these problems.

Is there a way to reset admin privileges...or any ideas on how to troubleshoot this in the code? Debug=on and dev=on haven't helped much. This is a hosted site.
