General Mailing Issue

Hi folks,

Neither the check mail diagnostic nor the registration form are returning errors, but they don't seem to be sending email either. I wrote a script to test mail() and that seems to be working fine. I've also tried filling out and leaving blank the SMTP server/account info to no avail.

Any thoughts?
