Issue with 1.5-RC1

I backed everything up and loaded the new 1.5-RC1 files. Ran sh configure.sh and then intot he Config wizard. First it is not accepting the admin username and password, so I used the reset feature/file. Now I get the first page of the configuration wizard and click "next step" after confirming everything and it simply reloads the first page again.
