Hey everyone,

I'm a bit of a noob on the gallery scene, but I am looking for a way to include either an animated gif, or an avi, or MPEG of some scientific photos.

My company specializes in microscopy, and some of our users capture generate stacks of 30 or more images, which, when animated, look really cool.

I wanted to include these animations of focusing through a specimen on our gallery - does anyone have any ideas? I tried uploading AVIs and MPEGs, but the Gallery Remote doesn't recognize them as valid.

check out www.biovis.com/v-web/gallery

Thanks guys!

Jeff

start with this Changing Movie Thumbnails (Low-Tech, NOT ffmpeg) and note the part that says edit your movie list.
I don't know if GR will do movies after the movie list is edited or not but you have to do that for the form upload for sure.

Then to have movies embedded try [ur=http://gallery.menalto.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=23703]new version of the embedded movie mod[/url]
