I have gallery 1.4.4-pl4 setup and working fine, but I've been having a recurring problem that is getting annoying and wondering if there's anyway to fix it. Everytime I make a change in the configuration wizard, I am not able to view the gallery at all. It just spits out an error. The fix to the problem has to do in the .htaccess file. If I # out this line, it works: I guess the configuration on my host (Globat) does not allow for symbolic links by default. I'm wondering if there is any way to configure gallery so that I will not have to make this change manually everytime I make a change through the configuration wizard. Thanks! ---- |
